Hi! I’m Crystal. I used to spend way too much time admiring others and not doing anything creative of my own. I looked at my four-year-old daughter’s drawings and I was completely amazed. I wanted to be more like her. So, I challenged myself and changed all that. In 2014 I made a drawing each day and took a photograph of it, usually with my breakfast. In 2015, I began painting each day. Fast forward a few years and I have no trouble finding ways to be creative each day.

Quick facts about me: I live in Springfield, MO. I am married and we have two kids. We have two dogs and are always thinking about more dogs. I like to read, golf, and stand up paddleboard. I am a big sports fan… if the tv is on, it’s sports. Previously I was a teacher; I taught art and middle school math.
