Yep. Those questions get in the way. My solution is generally to just keep creating. Yes, it's good to evaluate your work but probably not useful to do it daily. Move on, keep creating. Wait until you have a body of work to answer "Is the good? Does this suck?" Then you're likely to have work that fits in both categories.
