Eli is 8 and not always thrilled about having his photo taken but I'm looking forward to the challenge of it. I know that some weeks it may end up being a photo of something that he's into or his space. There are lots of things that can tell his story without every photo being a traditional portrait shot.
This week, he's at his computer playing Minecraft. He's completely aware that I'm taking his photo, but is allowing it and ignoring me.
Clara is 4 and generally quite a ham for the camera. She is drawing on our last sheet of paper because she goes through stacks of paper in a single day. Here she is drawing "a potato bug on a skateboard." Afterward she laughed and laughed about the idea and completely forgot that we are out of paper.
