I'm about four books behind a book a week this year. I made my goal 50 books so that I have a little wiggle room but I'm hoping with cooler weather, I'll catch up a bit. I really enjoyed both of these. I've read most, if not all, of Chris Guillebeau's books and this one is by far my favorite. Delicious! is the first fiction book I've read in awhile. A friend of mine read this book while were on vacation together. She couldn't put it down so I knew it would be a good one to get me back into fiction. It didn't disappoint. I SO want to make the gingerbread cake that begins the story.
I'm slowly getting through Imagine. It's a tough read for me, but every time I think I might quit I find something I want to make a note of. Then I feel like I need to keep reading. Several parts of the book have prompted blog posts so I'm going to keep chugging away at it. I picked up the Obstacle is the Way after hearing Ryan Holiday talk on the Accidental Creative Podcast. And I can't remember what blog recommended The Beginning of Everything but they said it's one of those you can't put down. Fingers crossed.
