I've been thinking about this post from Jason all week: What I learned from a 30-day social media detox. It's a long post but a worthwhile read. I really enjoyed reading the journal he kept during his detox. I also find it interesting how much he missed Instagram and how he felt that social media platform was different than the others. I see myself taking a a full detox soon. In the meantime, I think Sunday's are the perfect day for a little mini-detox. After my Sunday post, no Facebook or Twitter for me. (Like Jason, my first step will be to delete those apps from my phone!) I love my Sunday's and there's no reason to clutter them up with rants about ignoring Thanksgiving or the dead deer someone just shot. Maybe you'd like to join me? Let's take Sunday slow down to the next level!
