It's Labor Day here in the States and I'm taking a bit of a holiday. I slept in and I'm not sending out a newsletter today but of course I'm still painting and posting. Can't stop, won't stop.
Here's what life looked like through my lens last week:
Maybe I'll make this a series. I was standing in the grass last week and this week I'm waiting for take out at Ott's Pasta. I just noticed that the previous photo is 2:3 and this one is square...my OCD can't handle a series in different formats like that. I'll have to figure that out....
First soccer games! They play at the same time so I'm running back and forth from one field to another. Eli's field is so huge that I can barely tell which one he is. He is in the above left photo, green jersey, gray shorts kicking the ball. He may have to wear those gray shorts every week so I can find him!
Clara's games are so fun. They run all around and often go the wrong direction. Their favorite part is running through the tunnel after the game. And snacks of course.
We closed out summer with mini golf and batting cages. Summer is always fun but this summer was really great. Six and nine are really fun ages. They are old enough to do so much more on their own and that means that I get to really relax and enjoy the summer too. Loved it.
