There's a whole lotta kid photos this week. And while storytelling wasn't so much in the front of my mind when I captured these photos, I'm finding they do tell a lot about what life looks like for us lately.
He is writing ALL the time. He has written pages and pages...stories, lists, game ideas, all kinds of stuff. When he's not writing he's either watching youtube videos or looking at this huge Marvel book that he picked up from the library.
these guys. So a few weeks ago one of them ate over a pound of play sand. Then last night, one of them? ate five crayons while we were at a super bowl party. I do.not.know what we are going to do with these two.
She began the week a little under the weather but thankfully it didn't last long.
We baked together almost every Friday last year. This year we're not so good about doing it on Friday but it still gets done. Chocolate chocolate chip muffins are a favorite.
and wearing pajamas all day is a favorite.
She is assigned homework at preschool every so often, like just enough so that when it happens it is fun and exciting. She absolutely does not want any help with her homework. And you better not even look at her when she's doing it or else you could ruin the whole experience. Yeah it's that serious.
but eating jelly sandwiches is not serious. Those eye crinkles and that nose crinkle get me every time.
