I have a goal to read 50 books this year. We're thirty-one weeks into the year so I'm a little behind. Hopefully when cold weather hits again I'll feel more like curling up with a book. These were both short, easy reads. The First True Lie reminded me of Emma Donoghue's Room, only unfortunately not as good. :(
I've started these two books. Imagine is a slow read for me but I'm getting a lot of good stuff out of it. Ready Player One has some great 80's references and I'm enjoying it. I just haven't been in the mood to read lately. I need some new suggestions. What's the best book you've read this year?
