We’ve been working on changing our morning routine. I had been spending too much of it on my phone. She’s not been wanting to eat much of anything in the mornings. New year, new habits. SoI’ve been playing some classical music and reading a book while drinking my coffee. She’s been rebuilding an old lego set and munching on her breakfast as she builds. It’s been a nice, quiet way to ease into the day.
Lately all I want to do is read and cook. And eat of course. I bought the Minimalist Kitchen and have made about a dozen recipes from it already. They are all so good but this Chickpea Tikka Masala is tops on my list this week.
