We’re officially into the routine of school. The light is changing and it’s starting to get dark earlier and earlier. Boo!
Our neighborhood started hiding these painted rocks around. We found this one by our fence and then she re-hid it on her way to school.
Neighborhood watch. I didn’t realize it until hours after these photos but there was a loose dog that night and I think he was keeping watch of it. I’m also thinking there’s deer around the railroad tracks. He’s in this spot most evenings.
She has been scootering to school with her friends each day and that’s been so nice. I say bye to her on the sidewalk out front and then she meets up with the girls a few houses down.
We are still on our farmers market kick. Lately I’ve been more into the fresh squeezed lemonade than the pizza. This week it was wild berry lemonade and so good.
She is doing climbing this fall and he is doing soccer. So that’s 3-4 nights/week and sometimes a game on weekends. He is playing with the under 15’s this season and the field is just so big and the kids are just so big. This was a rare time where he was playing right in front of my chair and I actually remembered to take a photo. And it turned out to be his best game this season.
