Reminders for myself today: It's Sunday, slow down! Get outside in the fresh air. Work hard while out there so your body is tired tonight. Don't think too much today. Put all your "to do's" in your notebook but don't look at the list today. Cook something that's not sweet. Read. Rest. Relax. Listen today. Really see your surroundings. Go to bed at a reasonable time. Tomorrow the "to do" list may be long but at least you'll have the energy and clarity of mind to tackle it.
