It took me weeks to get used to this soft cover, square Moleskine but once I finally did, I really loved it. The paper is super smooth. Surprisingly I liked the larger size once I got used to it. I also liked just using one side of the paper and not worrying about trying to make a two page spread.
Then this week I unexpectedly ended up on the last page. :( It happened before I knew it and I didn't have another sketchbook like it ready to go. I did have one of the pocket sized Moleskines though. Now I feel like I'm back at square one, adjusting to the smaller size and the two page spreads.
Today I decided to just go back to using just the front of the page and that seemed to help. I hate to buy a new sketchbook just because this one feels uncomfortable. I think the answer is to keep working on it. In a few weeks, it'll probably feel just fine.
