Crystal Moody is a former art and math teacher. In 2014, she was inspired by her 4 year-old daughter's huge pile of artwork. She challenged herself to build her own creative habits by doing one little, creative thing each day. She called the project Year of Creative Habits. Building a creative habit led to several painting series over the years including Fursday, Monday Mournings, Dead Artists Society, and Narrative Geometry. Crystal lives and works in Springfield, Missouri.
